Cancellation Policy

Reservations with us guarantee you a spot to park. This reservation is refundable up to the start date and time of the reservation. Reservation is non-refundable after the start date and time. We hold that spot open for you and your car. You have until the start of your reservation to cancel. If you do not show up, we have held the spot for you and you have taken away our opportunity to sell the spot to other persons. Once that time has passed you forfeit your payment.

How to Cancel Your Reservation

You can cancel your parking reservation by clicking the “cancel reservation” option at the bottom of the reservation email you received after booking.

If your reservation was made through a 3rd party, you will need to contact THAT company directly in order to cancel it. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any additional questions.

Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Policy

Due to the increased daily usage of our charging stations, we have started charging a flat fee of $5 to charge your car while you are away.

No Longer Accepting Oversized Vehicles

We are so sorry, but this is beyond our control. We are working on a remedy, but UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, WE CAN NOT PARK MANY PICKUPS, VANS, and SUV’S.

RESERVATION or NOT, they will be turned away at the gate. This starts immediately.  If you have a reservation, you will need to bring a different vehicle or cancel with us and find somewhere else to park.  These vehicles will not be permitted to enter the facility and will be turned away at the gate.  To cancel, just go to the link at the bottom of the reservation form we e-mailed you.  No need to call us.  It can all be done by yourself.  Please give the banks 3-5 days for the refund to show up on your card.  We truly apologize for the trouble…  Any questions, BIG@NewarkLTP.com

Here is a list of large cars and trucks that are no longer permitted to park in our facility.

Cadillac: All full size pickup trucks
Chevrolet: Express, Silverado 1500 or larger
Dodge: Sprinter, Tradesman, ProMaster, Ram 1500 or larger
Ford: Excursion, F150 or larger
GMC: Sierra 1500 or larger
Hummer: All Hummer models
Lincoln: All full size pickup trucks
Mercedes: Sprinter
Nissan: NV200, NV passenger, Titan or larger
Rivian: All full size pickup trucks
Tesla: Cybertrucka
Toyota: Tundra or larger

No Dual Wheel Base

No vehicle that has been modified to be wider than a base model (ex: oversized tires, wide kits, etc…)
