Very organized. Make reservations ahead of time. Easy in & out although the neighborhood is a little shakey. Shuttle bus is right there when you drop off. Pretty quick pickup from terminal. More $$$ than you want to pay but it's the closest place.

Quick and easy. Shuttle bus met us at our car after we parked and took us to our gate at the airport. When we returned, we waited 10 minutes for the shuttle bus to pick us up at the airport and drop us off at our car. Pleasant experience.

Really easy to get to, shuttle came while we were emptying our car, and picked us up promptly at the airport. Our driver saw that someone left their window open, and we saw they went right over and covered it with a plastic bag. Above & beyond!!

This is my second time using this lot and I had good experiences both times. It’s even easier parking here then using EWR economy lot . The only hiccup was at pickup Term A I don’t believe there is a door 7/8 lower level but they were able to get me picked up on upper level. The postcard says pickup for terminal A at level 1 door 7-8 but the highest door number was 3 on level 1. Maybe it’s closed for construction or something but either way I was picked up and brought back to my car as promised. Will book here from now on continuously.

Long-term parking was very easy to find. The gentlemen at the gate was so nice and informative all I had to do is pull up a second or two up aisle one and then he told me that the tram would pull up behind my car and low and behold as soon as I pulled in and opened the door the tram was behind me. It was the best experience I've had on a while and for about a four-day trip it cost me $97 not bad. They have truly improved their long-term parking experience.

Definitely recommend! The parking lot was easy to find right off the highway. I had no issues. The shuttle picked us up right away and for the return trip we only waited about 5 minutes. Both drivers were friendly and helped with our luggage. I liked that I got to park my car and keep my keys. I felt the lot was secure. I would definitely use this lot again in the future.

I cant be more happy with my choice using Newark Airport Long Term Parking. They are reasonably priced compared to others. It was my first time leaving out of Newark Airport so I really relied on others experience and reviews and to say the least I am happy I did. Smooth check in, pickup to and from airport was FAST! The drivers know how to get you where you need to go and avoid traffic. Which I loved. Overall 5 star experience for my week stay!

Reliable and secure parking facility. Shuttles run on a 15 minute cycle (usually quicker). Reasonable rates for EWR. I've been parking here for 5+ years and have never been disappointed.

Excellent experience. As soon as I parked, a shuttle was waiting for me. On the way back, a shuttle was there within minutes. Super smooth. I have used them in the past and had no issues. Last time, I chose to go with another company for a little less money and it was an absolute terrible experience. This lot is reliable, responsive, good location and would 10/10 recommend. I will be using them again for sure.

Folks, pay attention to the details and the deals. This is a well run operation and with the phone app it went very smoothly. We took a picture of the postcard given to us to guide us to the return pick-up spot.

Not sure if there’s a way it could be easier. I’m from PA and had a 10 day trip planned. Parking lot was very easy to find, just scanned my confirmation QR code at the scanner and voila, the gate opens and you park in the sections they have open. We had to wait about 3 minutes for a shuttle bus to pick us up and take us over to Newark airport for our departure. On the way home after claiming our luggage it was just as easy. Go to the designated pick up spot outside baggage claim and wait a few minutes for their next shuttle bus to take you back to the parking lot and your vehicle. Drivers were friendly and loaded our big bags in the rear of the bus for us. I would recommend joining their club so you can accumulate free parking. Overall great experience because it was so easy. Thank you!

First time user, easy to find location, picked up immediately after parking and took bags from us. Short ride to terminal with a pleasant driver and placed our bags up onto the curb. Return extremely easy, used app and 5 minute wait to another pleasant (professional) driver, loaded our bags and went directly to my car and loaded the bags into my car. Just perfect and a secure lot as well. Thanks!

Recently used NLTP again for the first time in several years. We always like supporting independent businesses when we can. Very happy with our experience. Prepaid online, competitively priced, easy to find, van was right there when we unloaded our car, and the airport is a short ride away. Upon return they promised a van every 15 minutes, we only had a six minute wait. Dropped right at our car, checkout guy was pleasant and we were on our way. Will use them again when flying out of EWR.

Very helpful from those who answer the phone to the shuttle drivers. Whenever I had a question they provided helpful answers. The shuttle drivers help me load and unload my luggage. They pick you up right in front of your car and drop you off at the airport. Returning was also easy the shuttle was already there and drops you off right in front your car. I believe it’s only 1 mile from the airport and they have security cameras. The rates are good and if you sign up to be a member which is free it provides a lower rate. Over all yes you should definitely use this long term parking.

Easily the best parking at Newark. Buses are always around, drivers are courteous and the lot is secure. The new location is easy to get in and out with the phone map location. Booking online is easy and you can just use the app to check in and out. It's exactly what I have always looked for in airport parking.

First time using their service…I will ONLY park here anytime I fly out of Newark from now on! Easy to find, excellent condition, very well maintained, organized, and an overall very professional business. From the moment I booked until the moment we left the lot, I was very satisfied with their service. The shuttle was great both to and from the airport - no waiting time at all. Dropped us off right at the terminal (less than 5 minutes away) and then right back to our parked car. The price was very fair and saved us money compared to the airport parking lots. There’s even a robotic security system roaming the parking lot…really cool to see and it shows they are invested in making sure your car is safe. Thank you for running such a well-done operation. We will be back!

Although it may be a little more expensive than some other lots nearby, this is the most well run lot out of them all, and it helps avoid the crazy traffic to some of the other parking lots by its premier location off the highway. Much better than any of the corporate parking and the other independent owners. Also, I fly out of Newark airport more than you do!

We have been using them for the past 6 years and it has been a lifesaver for our travels! They have always been prompt with drop off and pickup isn't too long of a wait. Our cars have always been safe and secure and the people are nice. We sure miss the valet option but completely understand with COVID - hopefully one day it can come back!

Traveled during Thanksgiving week 2021 and just returned. I pre-booked and got a 10% discount which made it even more affordable. Shuttle to Newark was instantaneous, picked me up at my spot. My return flight was a red-eye arriving at 6:30 am. Shuttle arrived within minutes of getting to the stop at terminal A. Getting in and out of lot was easy and everyone I interacted with was great. Even in times where I’m sure they had to cut staff or services to survive, I thought they were top notch. Will definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.

We drove up to Newark for a direct flight. In planning, I looked up parking lots and found this one. I uploaded the app and hoped for the best. What an easy experience going and coming from the airport. As soon as we parked in the lot, the shuttle arrived to take us to the airport. When we returned to Newark airport and picked up our luggage we followed the directions on where to be picked up and waited a little for the shuttle and safely arrived to our car. Easy peazy! Will definitely use this parking lot for any future flights out of Newark.

I have frequently parked in this lot and always have had a great experience. This time, our experience was exceptional with driver Alex S. Our car battery had died and he was so kind and he helped us jump start our car in a very timely fashion. I highly recommend this company and again, Alex S was awesome!

Have used several other parking lots and this is without the most organized. Everyone that works here is helpful and friendly. We drive a large truck and they always direct us to a spot that will fit our vehicle. Very easy in and out and timely pickups.

I admit i was a bit skeptical when we chose this location, but what a great experience. Super clean and seemed to be well organized and secure. Really easy to get in and out of, and really easy to get to and from (at least for us, coming off of rt 22…). Shuttles to and from the airport were frequent and a pretty quick trip both ways, and both times we had really good drivers who were both helpful and courteous. We ended up staying on our vacation an extra day, and when we were leaving the lot, we couldnt find our ticket. The girl in the booth was like, hey no problem, what is your name, do you just want me to add that to the card on file? etc. Highly recommend.

I will not park anywhere else. Shuttle picked us up at our car and made traveling to airport so easy. Loved that parking lot was easy to get to from Parkway. Prepaid online so you just need to scan code when you enter and exit . I highly recommend using them.

This place was top notch. I live closer to JFK but needed to travel from Newark so I found them on google. I’m so glad I did. Booking a reservation ahead of time was easy, arriving and scanning in was easy, and they even have a shuttle that takes you to the airport. While I was away, NJ got hit with a terrible storm that resulted in major flooding. I was so concerned about my vehicle. I wasn’t able to reach a live person when I tried to call, but I did send an email to ask if everything was okay and I got a response 24 hrs later telling me that everything was ok. It was so reassuring to know! Picking up the vehicle was hassle free. They gave us a card with instructions on how to get the shuttle when we land and even reminded us of where we parked. The shuttle was on time, and the drivers were very helpful. I’ll definitely use this lot again.

This was my first time needing to use this service since the pandemic started. It is understandable that services had to change. But it would have been nice to be notified of the absence of valet service on the website when I made the reservation. I'm glad that I heard more of an explanation about the recent hard times endured by this business. I've used them for years now and will remain a customer because I have always felt the employees to be quite courteous and friendly. And my car has always been well cared for.

This was our first time parking here. It was such an easy and pleasurable experience. We booked online which was so easy. We arrived, parked and within minutes the shuttle picked us up and drove us to the airport. Upon return, we waited for the shuttle to pick us up and again within minutes they arrived. The price it right, your car is safe and the service is reliable. We will definitely book with them again. Travel can be stressful but this LTP made it easier.

I’ve used NLTP several times and they have always offered great service. This trip was no exception and twice I saw their concern for the customer. Just when the bus started towards the terminal one of the travelers released they left their wallet in their car. The driver backed up so wallet could be retrieved. Upon my return I got on the bus and driver found someone left a purse. He called the office and met the person who lost purse at terminal A. I came in at terminal C. It was a good feeling that the employees watch out for their customers.
